What would you like from the pub in the future? All suggestions wanted! Click here to add your ideas

Some people have said they would like:
– a friendly, welcoming place where villagers and visitors can meet and relax
– a choice of good real ales
– wine to suit all tastes including good ‘house’ wines along with more pricey choices as well
– good food at a range of prices (using produce from local farmers and suppliers where possible)
– the pub to operate in a family-friendly, environmentally-sensitive and sustainable way
– the pub to work jointly and in harmony with other facilities in the village, such as the Village Hall and “Rec”
– the pub to offer other facilities for the village
– comfy chairs in one area and big open fires in the winter.
– newspapers, good coffee and breakfast available on Saturday and Sunday mornings
– film/video evenings and other events co-ordinated with other village activities
– a teenagers’ area at the back with pool table, drink vending machine, etc.
– an internet ‘cafe’ corner and Wifi.
